Since 2002, our family has experience the thrill of Walt Disney World (WDW) several times. One of the key components making that happen as frequently as it has for our family is the fact that we are Florida residents. Without the additional air travel expense and with our great Florida resident pass price (in the past anyway, we don't currently hold a pass at the moment), these trips wouldn't be possible for our large family. The way it is, for a family of 6 these trips can be costly, but in the end well worth it for our 'laughing place'.

In December 2002, we set out on our first trip to WDW with such eager anticipation. Our kids (just three kids at the time, ages 10, 5, and 2) had been reading in a AAA brochure/catalog (that they retrieved from the garbage somewhere, of all places!) all about the WDW experience, the options, the attractions and beautiful hotels.
